I highly recommend Karla. She helped me with stress (which I could literally feel in my gut), dizziness, bloating, hormonal acne, night sweats during my periods, chronic fatigue, and poor sleep - which I was dealing with for a long time.

Karla is a miracle worker - she brought on spontaneous labour with her natural induction package which I really believe led to my baby’s natural birth on the birth centre ❤️ She has since been supporting me as we prepare for our second following a complicated miscarriage and everything she’s suggested has led to improvements. I started seeing Karla in August 2025 because I have PCOS and I always had irregular cycles. I wanted to try acupuncture to see if it could help me to regulate my cycle, as I was just starting my TTC journey. In August 2025, my cycle was 36 days but after a few sessions with Karla, in the next month (September 2025), my cycle was regular. I was so surprised to find out I got pregnant in that cycle, I truly believe that acupuncture helped me. Karla is very professional and gave me important hints that supported my body to be ready for pregnancy. I continue seeing Karla as I have nausea and acupuncture is helping to manage that pregnancy sympton. I can only speak from my experience as it seems that worked for me so I can only recommend Karla (and acupuncture) if you are trying to conceive.

Karla is absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain the process and answered all the questions in detail, which made me feel confident and relaxed throughout the session. She also helped me a lot with my shortness of breath and my heart related issues and I’ve felt such a significant improvement.

Karla has been an absolute integral part of my fertility journey. I began seeing her after two miscarriages and found my visits to her really helped with any stress or anxiety I felt around conceiving and for my general wellbeing. Karla is very knowledgeable and helped me seek out the right tests and supplements that along with my regular sessions with her, led me to conceiving and carrying a healthy baby to full term. As well as her knowledge and expertise, my sessions with her made me feel very much in a safe, non-judgmental space. I was suffering with physical symptoms caused by anxiety that were really interfering with my daily life. I had been to the doctors and I was reluctant to take anymore medication. I started doing some research and discovered that acupuncture is used to treat anxiety. I began getting acupuncture at the end of April and it has made an astounding difference. I no longer have these physical symptoms and my mood has improved. Karla is very kind and patient, thank you, Karla! I would recommend acupuncture to anyone suffering from anxiety.
