I’m Karla Perentin—a holistic health practitioner and specialist acupuncturist with over 20 years of experience. Based in Putney, London, I support clients across Wandsworth, Notting Hill, and Marylebone with compassionate, personalised care.

While I have a deep specialisation in fertility and women’s health, I support both men and women with a wide range of concerns—from chronic pain, sleep issues, and stress to metabolic health and hormonal balance.

I highly recommend Karla. I started seeing Karla in August 2025 because I have PCOS and I always had irregular cycles. I wanted to try acupuncture to see if it could help me to regulate my cycle, as I was just starting my TTC journey. In August 2025, my cycle was 36 days but after a few sessions with Karla, in the next month (September 2025), my cycle was regular. I was so surprised to find out I got pregnant in that cycle, I truly believe that acupuncture helped me. Karla is very professional and gave me important hints that supported my body to be ready for pregnancy. I continue seeing Karla as I have nausea and acupuncture is helping to manage that pregnancy sympton. I can only speak from my experience as it seems that worked for me so I can only recommend Karla (and acupuncture) if you are trying to conceive.

Karla has been an absolute integral part of my fertility journey. I was suffering with physical symptoms caused by anxiety that were really interfering with my daily life. I had been to the doctors and I was reluctant to take anymore medication. I started doing some research and discovered that acupuncture is used to treat anxiety. I began getting acupuncture at the end of April and it has made an astounding difference.
