Blocked nose? Here’s how to clear it quickly


Blocked nose? Try this Acupressure technique to clear it quickly.

Yes, it’s that season again, the change from warm weather to cold and wet days. I am seeing so many people right now with colds and blocked noses. There is an easy way to get some relief, however, a very simple acupressure trick to get some instant(ish) relief.

If your nose is blocked try this right now:

Next to the widest part of each nostril, where the smile lines start, press firmly with a finger on both sides for about 1 to 2 minutes, et voilà…this should help you to breathe more easily.

This point is called LI-20 (Large Intestine 20) which can be translated from Chinese as ‘welcome fragrance’.
